Covington Energy Solutions specializes in environmentally friendly energy saving products. Robert Schwenck, the owner, "operationalized" the site by offering a Free Report in exchange for customers' email address. Serious prospects can learn detailed information about their KVAR Energy Controllers and the company can continue a dialogue with prospects through their email campaign. This way, customers who are not ready to buy now will be continuously reminded of their products and services with no extra effort from the company.
Cosmetic Construction Improvements has two sides: Construction and Real Estate Investing. Their website focuses on the construction side of the business and showcases Renovations & Commercial Construction projects. Since the Real Estate Investment side is constantly in flux (with new properties being bought and sold) they needed a low-cost way to add video tours, property descriptions, and pictures. We designed a custom blog to match their brand that allows the company to post new properties daily without an expensive content management system.
Clarksville Cafe expanded their catering services and needed a separate website to highlight their Corporate, Special Event & Wedding Catering. As a budget caterer that offers high quality food and dependable service, they had to walk a fine line. They wanted to appear classy without seeming too expensive. In addition, they wanted to promote that their low prices do not reflect low quality food.

This scavenger hunt and trivia contest benefits local charities and non-profits. Markations created a playful "treasure-hunt" themed identity package and website. Participants can visit the site to learn more about the event or to register and pay online.
Mangia Pizza & Grill is not your average pizza joint! This new restaurant features cozy seating, an exposed kitchen, and mouth-watering brick oven pizza. Property Managers can visit their website to view the different services they provide, request a proposal, and learn about their bundled services packages. The FetchTime Lunch Revolution links businesses to member restaurants for lunch delivery. Markations built a custom online ordering portal where employees can log in and securely order and pay for their lunch. Features include daily email reminders, cut-off times, and spending limits to help both the restaurants and businesses manage this process internally. Markations created the mascot "Fetch", who appears in all promotions and marketing materials to solidify brand awareness and customer loyalty.
